If you're on the hunt for local culinary gems, Apalachicola delivers! Don't miss out on the freshly caught oysters and the shrimp sandwiches from nearby eateries – they'll dance on your taste buds. Plus, the charming ambiance and clean room amenities add charm to the stay.
This place is showing its age, and the cheap bathroom reno feels a bit off for a Best Western. While the staff was friendly, the quality just didn't match my past visits. It’s a bummer, but I might look elsewhere next winter in Apalachicola.

Great breakfast and friendly staff
I really enjoyed the variety of options offered during breakfast, from freshly baked croissants to organic juices, which set a positive tone for the day. The staff was incredibly welcoming and eager to help with any questions I had about the local area and attractions. However, the shower water temperature was tricky to adjust and should be clarified at check-in to avoid confusion.
